Terms of use

Last updated 17 October 2026

Padlor is operated by PQORE PRIVATE LIMITED. These terms apply when you use Padlor, create an account, or enrol in a Learning Journey. By using Padlor you agree to them.

Who we are

“Padlor”, “we” and “us” mean PQORE PRIVATE LIMITED, IV/461 Second Floor, Valamkottil Towers, Thrikkakara, Ernakulam 682021, Kerala, India. You can reach us at info@pqore.com.

What Padlor provides

Padlor offers Learning Journeys — structured projects you build step by step — and a Knowledge Hub of reference material. A journey can be taken in one of these ways, where the journey offers it:

  • Self-paced: you work through the journey on your own. There is no charge for self-paced learning, so there is no course payment to refund.
  • Mentor Review: an experienced engineer reviews your work milestone by milestone during a review period. This is paid.
  • Live + Mentor Review: the same review, taken with a batch that runs on published dates. This is paid.

Mentor review means feedback on your work and verification of each milestone under that journey’s own rules. It does not mean a job, a placement, an interview or any particular career outcome, and we do not promise one.

Your account

Give accurate details when you create an account, keep your password to yourself, and tell us at info@pqore.com if you think someone else has used it. An account is for one person.

If you are under 18, you may use Padlor with the involvement and consent of a parent or guardian. A parent or guardian should agree to these terms with you, and should agree before a paid place is bought for you.

Prices and payment

The price of a paid place is shown on the journey and again at checkout, in Indian rupees, before you pay. The amount at checkout — after any valid code you apply — is the amount you are charged.

Payments are processed by Razorpay. Padlor never sees or stores your full card number or CVV. PQORE PRIVATE LIMITED is not registered for GST, so no GST is added to the price.

Discount codes are optional, apply only to the journeys and plans they name, and may have an expiry date or a limit on how many times they can be used.

How access is delivered

Padlor is a digital service; nothing is shipped. While you complete payment your place is held for a short time, shown at checkout. Once your payment is verified and your place is confirmed, the place appears in My Learning and we email you a confirmation with your Padlor order ID.

  • Mentor Review: you begin when you are ready. The review period shown when you enrol is counted from the day you begin.
  • Live + Mentor Review: review runs for your batch’s published dates.

Cancellations and refunds

Cancellations, refunds and transfers are covered by our Refund Policy.

Your work

The code and other work you create on Padlor is yours. You allow us to store it and show it to you, to your mentor and to the administrators who run Padlor, so that we can provide the service — including review, verification and certificates.

We do not show your work publicly unless you choose to: by publishing your Engineering Profile, by creating a share link, or by sharing a certificate link yourself. Your public profile page shows your name and the profile details you choose to add; see the Privacy page for what that includes.

Padlor’s content

The journeys, steps, Knowledge Hub topics and other material on Padlor belong to Padlor or to the people who licensed them to us. You may use them for your own learning. Please do not copy, resell or republish them.

Using Padlor fairly

Please do not:

  • share your account, or use someone else’s;
  • submit work as your own that you did not create, beyond what a step allows;
  • try to break, overload or get around the security of Padlor, or the parts of it that belong to other learners;
  • harass mentors, learners or our team.

If an account is used in these ways we may suspend it.

Changes to these terms

When these terms change we update this page and the date at the top.

Your rights and the law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Nothing in them takes away or limits any right you have under applicable consumer protection law.
