Padlor is operated by PQORE PRIVATE LIMITED, which decides how the information described here is used. This page explains what we collect, why, and who we share it with.
What we collect
- Account details: your name, email address and password. Passwords are stored as a one-way hash, never as the password itself.
- Profile details you choose to add: a headline, bio, location, photo, cover image, links to LinkedIn, GitHub or a website, a public contact email, and whether you are open to opportunities.
- Your learning: the journeys you take, your progress, the work you submit, and your mentor’s reviews, notes and verifications.
- Enquiries: what you send us through the Early Access and consultant forms — your name, email, WhatsApp number and the answers you give — and through a call-back request on a journey page: your name, email, phone number if you give one, your message, and the journey and intake you asked about.
- Orders: what you bought, the amount, any discount code, and your Padlor order ID.
- Payment details from Razorpay: the payment ID and status, the email and phone number given at checkout, and details of the method you used — such as your UPI ID, masked card details (the last four digits, card network, issuing bank and name on the card), or your bank or wallet name — and the transaction reference. We never receive your full card number or CVV.
- Usage: the records our servers keep when they handle a request and, only if you allow it, the pages you visit and the buttons you press, measured with Google Analytics.
How we use it
- to run your account and show you your learning;
- to let your mentor review and verify your work, and to issue certificates;
- to take payments, confirm places, issue refunds and keep order records;
- to send you emails about your account and your orders;
- to answer your enquiries;
- to understand which pages and journeys are used, so we can improve them.
What is public
Every account has a public profile page at padlor.com/u/ followed by your username. It shows your name, your username and the profile details you choose to add. Your account email is never shown on it.
Your work is not public unless you choose to make it so: by publishing your Engineering Profile, creating a share link, or sharing a certificate link. A certificate can be opened by anyone who has its link.
Cookies and browser storage
- Signing in: your browser keeps a sign-in token in local storage so you stay signed in. Signing out removes it.
- Your progress and preferences: a few display choices, such as the layout of the learning screen, and your place within a step and the notes you have dismissed, are kept in local storage on your device.
- Enrolment: your order reference is kept in your browser’s session storage until you close the tab, so the confirmation page can show it.
- Google Analytics: off until you allow it. Once allowed, it sets cookies to tell visits apart. Your choice is kept in local storage on your device, and you can change it at any time from Analytics settings at the foot of Padlor’s public pages, such as the home page and this policy. Turning it off stops Google Analytics and removes its cookies from this site.
- The Razorpay payment window, which opens over the page when you pay, is run by Razorpay and uses its own storage.
How long we keep it
Padlor does not yet delete the information it stores itself automatically on a schedule, and we have not set retention periods for it. Your account, profile, learning, enquiries and orders stay stored until they are deleted.
Google Analytics is set, for Padlor, to keep event data for 2 months and user data for 14 months, and the user period starts again each time the same browser comes back. These settings cover the detailed visit records Google Analytics keeps for Padlor. They do not apply to the aggregated reports built from those records, and they do not decide how long Google keeps information under its own terms.
Payment notifications Razorpay sent us before 17 October 2026 are stored in full, with no end date. They contain the payment details described above — the email and phone number given at checkout and the details of the method you used — but never your full card number or CVV.
From 17 October 2026, we keep only what we need to support and reconcile a payment: its identifiers, status, amounts and method, any error details, our order reference and the bank’s transaction references. These are also kept with no end date.
Our server logs are rotated as they grow, so older log entries are overwritten.

You can change your profile details at any time from your profile. To ask for a copy of what we hold about you, to correct something you cannot change yourself, to ask us to delete your account or information, or to withdraw a permission you gave, write to info@pqore.com.
