Refund and cancellation policy

What is refunded

A refund is of the amount you actually paid — the checkout total after any discount code. A place that cost nothing after a code has nothing to refund.

An online payment is refunded through Razorpay to the method you paid with.

Mentor Review

• Before you begin: you can cancel your place for a full refund of the amount you paid.
• After you have begun: write to us and we will look at your request individually.

Live + Mentor Review

• If Padlor cancels your batch or cannot deliver it: we will provide an appropriate remedy, such as a refund of the amount you paid or, if you agree, a move to another batch.
• If you cancel before the batch’s published start date: a full refund of the amount you paid.
• After the batch has started: write to us and we will look at your request individually.

Moving to another intake or batch

Instead of a refund, you can ask to move your place to another intake or batch. We can do this when one is available and we have agreed the move with you.

How to ask

Email info@pqore.com from the address on your Padlor account, with your Padlor order ID. The order ID starts with “LP-” and is in your confirmation email.

How long a refund takes

We aim to send an approved refund within 5–10 business days of approving it. When it reaches your account then depends on your bank and the payment provider.

When a place is refunded it is released, and mentor review for that place ends.

Payments that did not complete

If a payment fails, or you close the payment window, nothing is charged and no refund is needed. If your bank put a temporary hold on the amount for a payment Padlor did not take, the bank releases it automatically. If you were charged but no place was confirmed, write to us with your order ID.
